Once payment receipt, Your order will be prepared within 48 hours and shipped.

Please wait at least 28 days before contacting us for non-arrival shipments. If your order gets seized at custom please contact us with a scanned copy of the seizure letter from custom and new delivery address. Your order is reshipped as free immediately.

We do not have reship policy for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, South Korea, Philippines, North Korea.

Estimated delivery time is maximum 6-12 business days within U.K. and all Europe after payment with airmail.12-20 business days to USA and Canada.  (15 Pound)

If you want to use Express Shipping the delivery time will be 3-4 business days to UK and all Europe.(50 Pound)
